The [OpenAPI specification|https://spec.openapis.org/oas/latest.html] is a very
clean and intuitive way for us to represent the Nutch 1.x REST API. I propose
that we produce one. It would really help us produce better documentation. We
could also use the code generation capabilities to improve/standardize the
resulting server implementation.
