This is a local problem... just for future benefit:
I run this build overnight via cron... when configure runs, it finds nss-config
and nspr-config but nss-config --cflags is returning:
-I
yet if I log in and run it, nss-config --cflags returns:
-I/usr/include/nss3
nss-config uses pkg-config to get the cflags - if PKG_CONFIG_PATH is not set
(as in a cron job) it returns a blank. This gets turned into an empty -I option.
nspr-config has a default set in the script so it doesn't care about pkg-config
not giving anything back.
So if running a build in a minimal environment (such as cron) you need to
ensure PKG_CONFIG_PATH is set.
