Rooted at qpid/cpp/examples/messaging, this fix adds a unique identifier to
each x64 target's IntermediateDirectory. Consequently, each project's BuildLog
file goes into a separate directory and the compiles are cleaner.
Currently if you compile the projects in serial order (or have the number of
concurrent builds set to "1") they will complete but you only get the log file
for the last project to compile.
