Plugin prometheus-exporter uses legacy
io.prometheus:simpleclient_common:0.16.0. It should be migrated to the new set
of dependencies - io.prometheus:prometheus-metrics-core /
io.prometheus:prometheus-metrics-exposition-textformats.
Due to the prometheus API as well as metrics naming changes refactoring of the
plugin may be required.
