Defining a JMS URI scheme

For the purposes of defining SOAP/JMS, over the past few years, a few of 
us have been working on defining a JMS URI scheme.

Seems like a good idea to explicitly ask if anyone here has any feedback 
on the proposed URI:

I've got an updated version with a few changes in the works, but they're 
minor.
