E.g. try connecting to a two node cluster, consuming from a destination
'amq.topic/my-key', then killing the first node. The client fails over to the
second node, but fails with an exception that the temp queue does not exist.
Other variations also fail (e.g. a dynamically created queue with auto-delete
set in the x-declare options).
