I made the notifications changes. I turned off notification for closed events. This way we don't get 50+ emails from a bulk change when we release. Eventually JIRA is supposed to give you the option to turn off notifications on a per bulk operation basis. I also changed the project URL to http://shale.apache.org. That's all for me tonight.
