I've added everything else but dist, design and apps to continuum. So all of those artifacts are now automated.

The nightly build scripts are now broken anyway, due to the repository reorg stuff, and I won't be able to change them until I return home on Sunday ... so I'm fine with proceeding on automating the artifact bundling that the nightly build script has been doing.
