How often does it publish the site and snapshots?
I believe continuum checks for SVN updates hourly. The older version of continuum seemed to have bugs where it wouldn't always check but we haven't had this problem with the current version. Of course you need to allow a little time for replication. Now the only catch is that we can't be lazy and forget to check the site build locally before checking in. ;-)
