I addressed all of them and provided a sorta work around (comment the repos out) see my comment at jira :) Sorry if I bug you, but there is no need for the repos in that -parent thing. Perhaps in the past it was needed to *go* against the two mentioned ones. Even RI 12_02 (which is pretty new) was downloaded successfully.
