Can you check your umask in .bashrc on minotaur? (I only had 'umask
002' in .bash_profile, which has apparently been the cause of missing
group write permissions, since .bash_profile is only used if you log
in, and not for remote ssh commands like Maven does.)

OK, I copied it right out of your ~ ;-)
I deleted a file, re-deployed the site, and the 'new' file has the
correct permissions, so maybe this finally solves the mystery...

I was able to deploy the two dialog impl modules, things look fine to me.
