I commited the shale-clay-starter-archetype to the sandbox so that we can
fine-tune and use it as a base for other archetypes. Please submit changes
as patches to the sandbox.

I wonder if we should change the default suffix of the full XML views to
".jsf"? The default is ".xml". In hindsight it is misleading.
A key issue will be whether there is anyplace the application will want to
render XML resources directly, without using Clay. That seems pretty
likely, so a different extension would probably be a good idea.
