VanityPathMapEntriesTest contains a test vector for changing the page size for
queries using a system property.
This may have worked in an early version of the code, but the system property
does not exist (anymore?).
On the other side, this is now tested in PagedQueryIteratorTest.
Thus remove this unused code from VanityPathMapEntrtiesTest.
