Fix For: Sling Maven Plugin 3.0.4
the FsMountMojo support detecting the target environment bundle prerequisites
to decide which version of FSResource provider should be installed.
we need to update this for FSResource 2.3.0 which relies on jakarata.json and
Johnzon 2.0.0. if this is detected, we install latest 2.3.0 version, otherwise
2.2.0 or older versions.
