The
[BookKeeperFactory|https://github.com/apache/sling-org-apache-sling-distribution-journal/blob/master/src/main/java/org/apache/sling/distribution/journal/bookkeeper/BookKeeperFactory.java#L53-L55]
currently bind the importPre- importPost and invalidationProcessor non-greedy.
The bundle also provides a NoOp implementation for each of the 3. This makes it
unpredictable if a consumer implementation could be bound. We should bind the 3
references greedy.
