That means someone started with a minimal Sling in the past which is not
necessary for the ITs at all. Commons IO is required by Commons FileUpload
which is required by Sling Engine. I _guess_ you can remove all dependencies
which do not provide packages required by HC Core. To get an idea what minimal
Sling is look at Sling's Launchpad Karaf Features. I'm not sure there is much
value in running with a set of bundles lesser than required for a minimal Sling
(not all dependencies are expressed by package imports).
