Query-method in in ResourceProvider for MongoDB is not implemented:
https://github.com/apache/sling/blob/trunk/contrib/nosql/generic/src/main/java/org/apache/sling/nosql/generic/adapter/AbstractNoSqlAdapter.java

and 
https://github.com/apache/sling/blob/trunk/contrib/nosql/mongodb-resourceprovider/src/main/java/org/apache/sling/nosql/mongodb/resourceprovider/impl/MongoDBNoSqlAdapter.java

I think that's an additional task to implement this method. The MongoDB Query 
syntax should be supported.
