Description:
There are several improvements in Oak wrt to observation (e.g. OAK-4581). All
of them are based on the JCR level therefore we only benefit from it if we're
using a JcrResourceListener and not an Oak observer.
Therefore we should remove the special handling for Oak and base the whole
implementation on the JcrResourceListener again
