Hi Nirmal, Looks like I mis-understood the workflow in Stratos. Apparently the API will not be accessible if the user-data script has not been passed as a parameter at the launch time.
I guess Stratos pass this parameter when it tries to spawn new instances? Apologies for the spam. I'll close the JIRA.
