I had to effectively double the nodejs timeout in make cross from 2.9 to 6
seconds as tests were returning with -9 and the elapsed time was 2.9, so we'll
see if the extra time settles down the test failures. Then I'd like to run
failing tests to see if any are passing now that we updated libraries to newer
versions. :)
