Thrift 0.17.0 has been released but it hasn't been published to
[crates.io|https://crates.io/crates/thrift](Also,
[docs.rs/thrift|https://docs.rs/thrift/0.16.0/thrift/] is not updated).
As 0.16 and 0.17 are incompatible, I have to use git address to install the
latest thrift library when I use 0.17 compiler.
