As of r1615692, I've addressed all the TODOs that I can do on trunk for the
POI-based parsers.
Excluding the ones relating to old-style metadata keys, there's about a dozen
TODOs still remaining. Most will need small-ish fixes/enhancements on the POI
side, then maybe the odd bit of Tika code post-upgrade. Volunteers welcome!
