Hi Ben,

We tried to upgrade to 1.1.18 on TIKA-1924. Unfortunately, there was a bug
(which we reported [0]) that causes the parser to go into an infinite loop on
some files in our test corpus. We had to back off to 1.1.7 (TIKA-1931), and
unfortunately as I look this morning, that seems to be the last version that
uses aspectj. The infinite loops started occurring in 1.1.9.
If we can get a fix 1.1.19(?), I'll commit asap (after retesting :) ).

Subject: aspectj dependency

Hi,

Tika currently pulls in aspectj via isoparser. isoparser has an EPL license,
which is much less permissive than the nice Apache 2 license that Tika uses and
so we'd like to avoid pulling this in. Newer versions of isoparser appear
appear to have removed this dependency. Can someone upgrade isoparser to the
latest version - 1.1.18 ? (I'd do it myself, but I can't create a JIRA - I
started a separate email thread about that)

Thanks,
Ben
