I just pushed a first draft of moving to streaming detection for zip files to
the TIKA-2849 branch. It includes some non-trivial changes.
The timing tests are in {{ZipContainerDetectorTest}}...your mileage will vary.
Any and all feedback on that branch is appreciated.
