Tika Helm Chart 3.0.03 is not register Tika chart repository.
Tika 3.0.0 was already upload in artifact repository:
[https://apache.jfrog.io/ui/native/tika/tika/]
[tika-3.0.0-full.tgz|https://apache.jfrog.io/artifactory/tika/tika/tika-3.0.0-full.tgz]
But not defined in index.yaml and couldn't handle by helm command.
[https://apache.jfrog.io/artifactory/tika/index.yaml]
Please register tika 3.0.0 helm chart in index.yaml.
