In our current configuration with maven, xmlbeans brings in ant, maven model,
maven core , saxon-he and a few other dependencies that we probably don't need.
Let's exclude these.
I noticed this when saxon-he was loaded as the xml implementation in a failing
unit test in tika-server-standard.
