When extracting the contents of Tomcat's ZIP distribution, permissions are
different from the .tar.gz archive. For example, catalina.sh is not marked as
executable.
Since the ZIP format is able to store permissions, it would be helpful if those
could be present in both distributions.
With the current format, Tomcat is not immediately usable when installing it
via sdkman.
