Caroline Maynard updated TUSCANY-2439:
--------------------------------------
Attachment: Tuscany-2439.patch
This patch applies to the sdo-cpp-pre-2.1 branch. It increases the default
precision from 3 to 6, and exposes the precision value so that library users
can modify it.

> When Tuscany converts floats or doubles to strings, in particular when it
> writes them to an XML document, there is serious loss of precision.
> This is because Tuscany uses a format string of %.3e or %.3Le, meaning it
> will use a maximum of three digits after the decimal point.
