The dependencies:
o org.apache.tuscany.sca:tuscany-host-tomcat
o javax.jws:jsr181-api
Should be optional for binding.ws clients:
o host-{tomcat,jetty} as they don't seem to fit in the logic of the client -
they are referencing a service, so shouldn't need a host.
o jsr181-api should be a transitive dependency from the Tuscany runtime
