A few SCA JAVA source files and a few README files still use http://incubator.apache.org/tuscany . This url gets redirected to http://tuscany.apache.org . We are ok to leave the those files as is, but, I don't see any harm in changing http://incubator.apache.org/tuscany to http://tuscany.apache.org . Does anyone see this breaking anything that I don't see?
