Old version of commons-io (1.2) bundled in Tuscany library and specified in the
manifest.
That version of commons-io-1.2.jar does not include IOUtils.copyLarge method.
Services development and RMI have occasion to invoke the copyLarge method, and
it would be appropriate to avoid class loader issues by bundling a more recent
version.
Work-around is to replace the jar in the library and edit the manifest.
