We have put the extension points for contribution metadata, e.g.
import.resource, in the OSOA SCA namespace. Shouldn't they be in the Tuscany
namespace. Problem with this change would be that it will mess up existing
contributions. The switch to OASIS would be a good opportunity to make this
change if we agree it's the right thing.
