Which i don't think we should be doing. Fine to remove things from the 1.4
release branch (yes i know that doesn't exist yet) but there's no need to
delete things from 1.x is there? We're doing that type of clean up in the
2.x trunk.

The sample/callbacks-jms could be included in 1.4, and binding-sca-jms as
well
