SPI packages for the core set of modules in trunk

Hi,

We updated the following wiki page to capture some ideas to further refine 
the SPI packages exposed by the modules. Please see the "Note" column in the 
table.

I have also started to work on the tuscany-core module to move the private 
classes/interfaces away from the SPI packages. I'll check in the first round 
soon.
