Typo in SCA java FAQ webpage

Typo in setting environment variables (MAVEN_OPTS) for two examples in the
[TUSCANY:Tuscany SCA Java - FAQ] webpage. Odd number of quotation marks means
that the commands are invalid. Removal of the first quote mark keeps the
command in the same style as other examples.
