No. I think it might have started happening after the clean up of the repository definitions in the Tuscany top pom.xml and the dependency artifacts in the Hudson local repo are now incompatible with the artifacts from the central repo. I've just deleted the Hudson workspace to see if that makes any difference. ...ant
