Re. binding.sca wireFormats the OASIS spec says:
3040 • wireFormat (0..1) - a wireFormat to apply to the data flowing using the
binding. binding.sca does not
3041 define any specific wireFormat elements.
However to support remote binding.sca semantics we delegate to other remote
bindings which may support wireFormats amongst other configuration. We could
look at supporting wireFormats in the binding.sca model in order that it can be
passed down.
