The domain manager configuration files in the calculator-distributed sample are
set up incorrectly. There are two problems:
1. The target namespace of the composites in the "cloud" directory should be
http://tuscany.apache.org/cloud, not http://sample.
2. The "cloud" directory should be directly underneath the directory containing
the workspace.xml and cloud.composite files.
These problems don't prevent the sample nodes from running, but they cause
errors when trying to work with this sample using the domain manager UI.
