Interface description for async services is invalid

Tuscany generates a WSDL description for service endpoints and adds that to the
domain registry. For async services the WSDL is invalid so if a client tries to
use the service it gets an invalid wsdl exception when it tries to parse the
WSDL in the domain registry.
To recreate run the testcase
