Intents are not available for remote endpoints

In a distributed environment, remote endpoints obtained from the domain
registry do not have their required intents. This may cause the reference to
not provide the correct behavior required by the intents.
Presumably the RuntimeEndpointImpl.writeExternal() should write the intents and
RuntimeEndpointImpl.readExternal() should read (and resolve?) them.
