The following updates should be made to allow the JMS Binding to allow for
additional extensions:
1) Add a HashTable to JMSBindingContext which allow extensions to set/get
java.lang.Object based upon a string key.
2) Update JMSBindingProcessor.read() to allow for the extension processor to
resolve models for wireformats and operation selectors.
