This is happening because its not yet implemented - the code of
ClassLoaderModelResover.findResource method just has a TODO comment saying this
needs to be done:
public URL findResource(String name) {
//TODO delegate to the Java import resolvers
URL url = super.findResource(name);
return url;
}
