Team,

We are not going to be able to graduate from the incubator if we do not
have a process that is acceptable to the ASF board (and ASF
infrastructure), so please pick a time for an IRC meet-up to discuss and
hopefully resolve this issue.

I can make any of these times on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday of this
week:

    11am US Eastern Time (GMT - 5)
    1pm US Eastern Time (GMT - 5)
    4pm US Eastern Time (GMT - 5)

Thanks,
- Dave
