Thanks for your patience and help in working this out, Joe. I'm not going
to argue this point any further.

Please provide some pointers to the discussions where this case was
discussed and our orders were issued. I'd like to understand the thinking
behind the decisions and who was involved.

I'd like to see the podling propose and document a new workflow that is in
line with ASF required process. Joe: it would be very helpful if you would
please provide a link to that process, I was not able to find one before.
