I uploaded a x509 certificate instead of a p12 certificate for configuring an
APS notifier. I experienced the following:
1) The UI did not error out when I uploaded a non p12 certificate.
-- Similar to Parse, the console should error out when a non-p12 certificate is
attempted to be used. If we accept an x509 certificate the docs and UI page
should be updated.
2) When sending a push notification BaaS reports a success in the message
history and notification entity but a push notification was not received
-- It seems that this is not possible to have worked since it was not a p12
certificate. It looks as if there could be an exception getting swallowed.
3) I cannot delete the notifiers.
