I'm currently landing an emergency follow fix for the Crash Reporter that is 
causing black screens in current m-c. Once that has landed, releases-m-c should 
be ~15 minutes to get the change, and then we should be able to spin up a new 
nightly.

I'd estimate an hour or so, but I'm not familiar with the usual nightly build 
time on our current CI
