This is just a heads up that as part of bug 817122 I plan on adding a separate root xpcshell manifest for b2g (as opposed to skip-if B2G'ing the existing root manifest).

The reasoning is as follows:
1) Due to linux slave load we will only initially have a handful of manifests enabled (this avoids putting a skip-if os == b2g for every single manifest).
2) It will be easier to see at a glance what is being run against b2g
3) It will be easier to triage/edit the manifests
4) I want these running for the C2 milestone, this way is faster

I intend this to be a temporary measure. Once we are running close to the full set of tests, there won't be much point in maintaining a separate manifest. This will happen once we figure out a longer term solution to emulator + linux slave load and any failing xpcshell tests have been triaged and disabled.

If you know of any xpcshell tests that might benefit b2g immediately, please leave a comment in bug 817122

Thanks,
Andrew
