Hi all and welcome to another week of B2G testing. All of the feedback below is
for the 12/03 build. Hopefully you're all updating to the 12/06 build which
will be the focus of the next update. Some high-level feedback:

* Generally a lot of positive feedback, faster, performance.
* Lots of feedback around keyboard and form filling. From not being able to
move from field to field to not being able to lower the keyboard to submit the
form. (one bug is 811953 but there are others)
* Some bugs around geolocation (prompt causing apps to close, icons not
disappearing after geolocation is over.)
* Lots more First-run testing (see below).

Thanks again for testing and providing feedback, we'll be filing/attaching bugs
to these reports over the next couple of days.

* [Browser] Browser address bar doesn't feel like it consistently hides and the
backbuttonstarbutton bar doesn't hide at all.
* [Calendar] Calendar app gives no feedback when adding an account resulting in
many copies of the same account (bug 810153 should be fixed!)
* [Calendar] Choppy scrolling in week view of calendar
* [Calendar] Hang when removing a duplicate account
* [Calendar] Leave dates at top of screen during week view
* [Calendar] There doesn't seem to be a way to subscribe the calendar to an
.ics
* [Camera] Black screen when starting camera (intermittent, more reproducible
if you do camera > power button > unlock screen) (bug 818955)
* [Cost Control] Cost control app needs visual polish.
* [Email] Can't attach photos etc from inside the email app (need to do it from
gallery)
* [Email] Email can get into a state where it just says "Loading" forever even
on a good network.
* [Email] The name field in the email app should be initial caps
* [Email] The username/email field during setup should be labeled better or be
clearer what you put in it. gmail.com or hotmail.com doesn't say enough.
* [Everything.me] Making everything.me apps available offline is not
discoverable.
* [First Run] Choosing time zone involves searching through a really really
long list.
* [First Run] During first run in English, there's a page titled 'De todos.
Para todos.' (I think this is deliberate but weird)
* [First Run] During the first run, when I select America/Los_Angeles, the map
highlights Alaska instead of the Pacific time zone. -- May be off by one
because of DST?
* [First Run] In the first run experience, for the newsletter signup, the
"Next" button should read "Skip" if there's no email address entered.
* [First Run] In the first run experience, the Timezone for "America" should
probably read "Americas", since it covers both North and South America, and not
just the United States…
* [First Run] It seems to prefer an unlocked wifi network to the selected one
during first run setup
* [First Run] Laggy keyboard performance when setting up network in First run
experience.
* [First Run] Pacific in First run experience time zone picker doesn't mean
Pacific time.
* [First Run] Phone tour is way too long
* [First Run] WiFi password keyboard has a non-functional "return" key. (seems
to have no effect). May be first-run only.
* [FM Radio] The FM radio app's volume seems too low, even when the phone's
volume is at max
* [Gallery] Share > Send to bluetooth device doesn't work (bug 814341)
* [General] App startup is very inconsistent: sometimes you get a screenshot,
sometimes a white screen, sometimes a grey firefox screen.
* [General] Custom alarm/ringtone sounds.
* [General] Reminders that battery is low even when charging
* [General] Resizing artifacts when switching from landscape to portrait mode
in some apps (Marketplace, Browser)
* [Geolocation] Geolocation prompt quits underlying app unless you select
"remember my choice".
* [Homescreen] After installing and removing an app from the marketplace, a
second install of the same app doesn't make a home screen icon. (bug 804469,
I'm told it's fixed!)
* [Homescreen] When you try to remove a marketplace app, it doesn't actually
delete the icon, needs restart. (bug 804469, I'm told it's fixed!)
* [Keyboard/Forms] Can't easily close the keyboard during form entry to see
other form fields.
* [Keyboard/Forms] Hitting enter in the password field of the email app setup
should submit the form (go to the next page)
* [Keyboard/Forms] The input field on the setup wizard gets covered with the
top of the keyboard. http://cl.ly/LNoF
* [Keyboard/Forms] The Return key in the email app should move to the start of
the next field when setting up a new account. (Applies to other form fields
too)
* [Keyboard/Forms] When signing into Marketplace with Persona, you need to
close the keyboard to move to the password field and then close it again to hit
send.
* [Keyboard] Holding the delete button feels weird with the tactile keyboard
feedback.
* [Keyboard] No indicator as to which keys have diacritics available by long
press.
* [Lock Screen] Lock screen can get into a state where it just bounces but
doesn't respond to swipe, needs restart
* [Lock Screen] Occasionally when unlocking with the lock screen there will be
a digit already filled in for the pin.
* [Marketplace] Marketplace when signing into marketplace with a mozilla.com
personas account, you get a not allowed error.
* [Music] The music app is not always finding music on the SD card
* [Notifications] GPS icon doesn't disappear after using GPS
* [Notifications] Reading a message in the SMS app should clear the
notification for that message.
* [Settings] Hotspot settings are hidden when hotspot is enabled
* [Task Switcher] Killing apps from card view needs better animation. Apps that
are being "swiped off" look like they're bouncing, and the other apps don't
slide smoothly into the central spot.
* [Task Switcher] There's no "no open apps" message in card view, which results
in a confusing darkened screen.
* [Updates] Reported update size doesn't match actual download
* [Video] Some glitchiness around swapping from everything.me youtube and video
app.
