E-mail account setup over the unagi cellular data connection seems to be
especially troublesome for both myself and others, as indicated by bug

To better understand what's going on, I would like to be able to see
what's happening with the cellular data connection at a fairly low
level. Can I run tcpdump against the cellular modem? Failing that, is
there something good to turn on in necko? Tips/tricks/helper scripts
already created by others appreciated.
