Ok, I found another solution.
We can move our modified libmedia fork to android-device-galaxys2 project, and 
rename the output library to something like: libmedia-samsung.so, then in the 
installation phase we can overwrite original libmedia.so with our 
libmedia-samsung.so (renaming it?). By moving our libmedia fork  to 
android-device-galaxys2 project, the build process will compile it 
automatically.
I've almost implemented it, but still need to figure out how to achieve 
renaming/overwritting step.
